Bell and Music Symbols

Learn how to utilize the variety of techniques used in playing bells that is beyond ringing.  Also, learn to speak the language and understand what the music symbols and abbreviations mean.

Mrs. Joceyln Radom and Mrs. Val Duma are offering a Handbell Club to the Grade 4/5 students who would like an opportunity to learn some basic music skills.  The Club will be learning to play the handbells and will work towards preparing 2-3 pieces for the Christmas Concert (December 14th) this year.

Practices will take place on Monday & Tuesday, beginning on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 during the lunch hour and will run until winter Break.  Your child will need to commit to being there for the practices as this is a team effort.  There may be an opportunity to perform outside the school however, this has not been settled yet, and I will contact the parents directly to arrange this event as I will need your support and help.
